Caxton Group achieve 65% growth in 2023

“As the UK Government reports that construction companies made up almost one in five insolvencies recorded during 2023, Caxton Group saw another year of exceptional growth. The Group achieved a 65% increase in turnover despite a challenging year of interest rate rises and inflation.

Our planned growth was primarily driven by the increase in brick slip installation through Caxton Façades. As a Group we expect this growth to continue throughout 2024 with the majority of our order book already secured across all business units, Caxton Façades, Caxton Builders and Caxton Joinery.

Growing team and progression

The growth of the business has not only created opportunities for existing staff to progress, but we have welcomed many new team members throughout the year. Once again, the success of the business is due to our dedicated and hard-working staff who once again have excelled at every level. I would personally like to thank each and every individual for their hard work and commitment throughout the year.
