Caxton Group Ranked 13th in the UK’s Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers 2026

We are incredibly proud to announce that Caxton Group has been ranked 13th in the UK’s Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers 2026.

With more than 160,000 apprenticeship employers across England, securing 13th place is an outstanding achievement. It recognises the strength of our apprenticeship programme, our long-term commitment to developing future talent and the opportunities we provide for apprentices to build rewarding careers across the Group.

Achievement, commitment and apprentice feedback

The rankings, independently assessed by HIGHERiN and the Department for Work & Pensions, measure employers across three key areas: achievement, commitment and apprentice feedback. They recognise organisations that deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes, support apprentices to successfully complete their training, provide diverse opportunities and create inclusive working environments.
