When did you join the business? 

I joined Caxton Group in 2021.

What role(s) do you have / have had within the business? 

Just my current role which is Commercial Manager

How many people / departments do you now manage? 

Currently I manage seven people.

Where are you based? 

I am based at the Derby office. 

How would you describe the culture within the business? 

We all work hard while having fun. We are also recognised for good work.

What would you say at the main advantages to working for Caxton? 

Flexibility and growth potential within the Group. There are definitely opportunities for anyone who is ambitious. 

How would you describe the career progression / opportunities within the business? 

Given the growth that we are experiencing as a company there are significant opportunities within the business which provides us with flexibility and the opportunity to grow.

How would you describe the training and development at Caxton? 

Caxton support any training requirements that members of staff have, and work with us to ensure people are appropriately trained for the job role.

How would you describe the benefits of working at Caxton? 

The benefits and salary at Caxton are generally higher than the industry average. We also have a good bonus related to our performance. 

What would you say to someone who is thinking of working for Caxton?

Go for it. They are a good company to work for, and there is such a variety of work being undertaken within the Group.
