This candidate must have proven experience of managing all commercial aspects of construction projects, ideally with a Sub-Contractor background.

The successful applicants will work under the site Project Manager and become part of the team on a variety of projects with the country’s major main contractors.
The role will require:
- An understanding of construction and be able to overcome onsite issues
- A valid SMSTS qualification
- An understanding of and the ability to read construction drawings
- Ensure the safety of our operatives
- Complete the required forms and procedures
- Check on the quality of the works and record works on electronic system
- Be a team player. Have excellent communication skills to speak and guide operatives on site, plan and manage operatives and deliveries
- Be able to communicate, both verbally and in written day records, ongoing works and ensure any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel
