Congratulations Caxton Façades apprentice, Maks, winning Star of the Month

We’re proud to highlight Caxton Façades’ Maks Machczynski as our Star of the Month, a recognition of his rapid growth and strong performance.

What stands out about Apprentice Façades Technician, Maks is not just his technical progress, but how quickly he’s grown into a proactive member of the team. Since turning 18, he’s taken the initiative on-site, matched by clear progress in confidence and capability.

He’s thinking outside the box, which is leading to innovative methodologies that help solve some of the more complex challenges on site. He’s quickly developing the skills and confidence needed to be an effective Technician, supporting the on-site installation teams. Maks is highly professional, consistently upholds the company values, and sets a strong example for others.”

Tom Prince, Contracts Director said: “The whole team is genuinely impressed by Mak’s attitude and the growth he’s shown in both confidence and capability. It’s encouraging to see an apprentice who recently began their journey in construction to now actively seeking greater responsibility and showing real initiative. Great work at Hollis Croft, where Mak’s confidently demonstrated involvement in setting out, assisting with quality assurance checks, and maintaining accurate records”.
