John Webber
Group Founder & Chairman
The founder of Caxton Group, John’s passion and energy for the business is second to none. Originally a bricklayer, John takes a hands-on approach and has built the business from the ground up. He spends the majority of his time on-site supporting clients and the Caxton team directing and supporting planning and implementation across the Group.
Chris Bellamy
Group Managing Director
Chris has 25 years’ of experience in quantity surveying, previously working for a number of main contractors and subcontractors. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1998, Chris also spends the majority of his time on-site taking an active role in many projects. His knowledge and experience ensures the company operates efficiently providing value to our clients.
Sand Bhadal
Group Finance Director
Joining the business in 2024, Sand is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years’ of experience. He has been in senior finance executive roles for over 20 years working across a variety of industries and organisations in the UK and internationally. As Group Finance Director, Sand supports all aspects of finance across the business and its subsidiaries.
Scott Millington
Group Operations Director
Scott joined the business in 2022 and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Starting as a draughtsman in a structural and civil engineering company, he gained an HNC in Civil Engineering before completing an Honours Degree in Construction Management. Prior to joining Caxton Group, Scott was a senior contracts manager for Bowmer + Kirkland where he worked for 24 years, giving him extensive knowledge and experience in all sectors of the construction industry.
Dan Tutcher
Group Commercial Director
Dan joined Caxton in 2021 and has 12 years of experience within the sector. Before joining Caxton Group, Dan gained lengthy experience working as a quantity surveyor at Willmott Dixon Construction and brings a wealth of knowledge from a main contractor perspective to the Group. Dan’s focus is on strategic planning, contract reviews, business development, commercial reporting, and risk management.
Ian Knight
Caxton Builders Managing Director
Ian has over 35 years’ of experience in the construction industry. For the past 18 years Ian has worked within the masonry subcontracting sector in a variety of senior commercial and business development roles. Ian brings a wealth of knowledge to his role and his experience will ensure we continue to deliver the best possible services to our valued clients.
Tom Mortlock
Caxton Façades Managing Director
Tom joined Caxton in 2013 as a joiner. Extremely passionate and ambitious, Tom worked his way up to become Caxton Joinery Manager, progressing to his current position as Managing Director of Caxton Façades. Tom is based on sites throughout the UK and now manages a team of over fifty people.
Andy Townshend
Caxton Builders Construction Director
With 35 years’ of experience in construction, Andy brings a wealth of experience to the business. With his in-depth knowledge of the industry, Andrew is actively involved in the day to day running of all sites managing quality, safety and resources. Andy makes sure projects progress efficiently and on complete on time.
Vikki R
Group HR and Compliance Manager
Vikki joined the business in 2011 playing a pivotal role in the growth of the business. Vikki heads up HR and compliance, overseeing all aspects of human resource management while ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Vikki manages all legal compliance by monitoring policies, conducting audits, ensuring the Group meets all relevant standards and regulations.
Carl Mousley
Head of Property Development
Carl has worked with John Webber, Caxton Group Founder since 2004 and has been part of Caxton since its inception. Carl is operations director for the property development business. With a vast amount of experience, Carl consults across all businesses and is proud to have played an essential role in creating the culture throughout the Group.
Kerry Player
PA to Directors
Kerry brings over 28 years of experience in support, administration, and office management across various sectors, including construction, legal, oil and gas, and training providers both in the UK and internationally. As PA to Caxton Group Directors John Webber and Chris Bellamy, Kerry plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations and executive support.
