Caxton Group is working exclusively with Birmingham-based training provider, Salutem. “Salutem is delighted to be working closely with Caxton Group to deliver a bespoke bricklaying apprenticeship programme. We ensure that all students don’t just learn what is required to complete the apprenticeship, but importantly also learn the Caxton way of working and practice in a safe environment. “Jack Stride, awarded Spring Apprentice 2024 carries out additional theory training and has gained an in-depth understanding of the principles of bricklaying. Currently working at Branston Locks Primary School, he has been given the chance to demonstrate his skills by working independently to build a lift shaft. This opportunity will give him the chance to put his theoretical learning into practice, working on his own initiative as well further developing his practical skills”.
