New Contract Award – Caxton Builders awarded masonry package for The Lampworks, Birmingham

A new partnership with Buildfifty5

We’re pleased to share that Caxton Builders has been awarded a £1.07m masonry package by new client Buildfifty5 for The Lampworks – an exciting mixed-use build-to-rent development in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

About The Lampworks

The development will deliver 148 high-quality apartments and duplexes across one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, set around striking landscaped courtyards and communal spaces designed to enhance modern urban living.

Our scope of work

Our current order covers blocks C and F, with the potential for additional packages on other blocks at a later stage. We’ll be supplying all materials apart from bricks, blocks, and masonry support, demonstrating our ability to deliver efficiently on complex, multi-block schemes.

Looking ahead

This contract marks an important step in our relationship with Buildfifty5. We look forward to contributing to this vibrant new development, which will play a part in the ongoing regeneration of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and strengthen the city’s growing build-to-rent market.
