Group Founder & Chairman
As Chairman of Caxton Group, John provides strategic oversight and works closely with the leadership team to guide governance, long-term planning, and implementation across the Group. The founder of Caxton, he established the business following an early career as a bricklayer and has played a central role in its development from the ground up.
Chris Bellamy
Group Managing Director
Chris provides clear leadership across the Group, setting strategic direction and driving operational and commercial performance, underpinned by the values of trust, respect, integrity, and passion. He brings over 35 years’ experience in quantity surveying, having worked with a range of main contractors and subcontractors.
Sand Bhadal
Group Finance Director
Sand leads all aspects of Finance, Planning, IT, Tax and Legal across the business and its subsidiaries. Joining Caxton in 2024, he is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years’ experience. He has held senior finance executive roles for over 20 years, working across a range of industries and organisations in the UK and internationally.
Scott Millington
Group Sales & Operations Director
Scott leads the Group’s operations, sales, and marketing functions, with a focus on performance, quality, and operational excellence. Scott provides operational leadership across the Group, supporting effective delivery, business development, and the execution of strategy. Joining the business in 2022, Scott brings extensive experience within the construction industry.
Dan Tutcher
Group Commercial Director
Dan leads strategic planning, contract reviews, business development, commercial reporting, and risk management across the Group. He joined the business in 2021 and has over 15 years’ experience within the sector. Prior to joining Caxton Group, Dan worked as a quantity surveyor at Willmott Dixon Construction, bringing valuable main contractor experience and strong commercial insight to the business.
Ian Knight
Caxton Builders Managing Director
Ian provides clear leadership to a growing team, embedding strong values and a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality assurance, performance, and efficiency. He ensures consistently high standards of delivery and client satisfaction across the business. Ian brings extensive experience in quantity surveying, having worked with a range of main contractors and subcontractors throughout his career.
Tom Mortlock
Caxton Façades Managing Director
Tom provides leadership across operations, performance, delivery and client satisfaction. He leads a team of over fifty people and drives innovative façade installation solutions, ensuring high standards of quality and safety for clients. Tom joined Caxton in 2013 and has progressed through the organisation, demonstrating long-term commitment to the business and a clear focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for our valued clients.
Andy Townshend
Caxton Builders Construction Director
Andy provides leadership across project delivery and site operations, leading teams through strong values of trust, respect, integrity, and passion. He plays a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance across the business. Andy’s leadership supports effective collaboration, consistent delivery, and the continued development of people across Caxton Builders.
Tom Prince
Caxton Façades Contracts Director
Tom works closely with façade and client teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex façade packages. He joined the business in 2022 and takes a practical, solutions-focused approach to communication and problem-solving. Tom focuses on building strong relationships, supporting effective process implementation, and providing knowledge and guidance to support team performance.
Carl Mousley
Head of Property Development
Carl leads the property development function, overseeing operations across the development business. He has worked with Caxton since 2004 and has been part of the Group since its inception. Carl brings extensive experience and consults across the wider business, playing a key role in shaping culture and supporting consistent standards across the Group.
Alex Porter
Operations Manager
Alex provides operational leadership across the Group, focusing on operations, sales, and marketing to support delivery, performance, and operational excellence. He has been with the business for over 12 years, working across a range of integral roles and gaining a deep understanding of the Group’s strategy and performance. Alex supports strategic execution to ensuring consistent standards and excellence across the business.
Vikki R
Group HR and Compliance Manager
Vikki leads the HR and compliance function, with a strong focus on culture, training, and people development. She joined the business in 2011 and has played a key role in its growth. Vikki oversees HR operations and compliance, ensuring effective training frameworks and adherence to employment law, regulatory standards, and ethical best practice across the business.
Kerry Player
PA to Directors
Kerry brings over 28 years of experience in support, administration, and office management across various sectors, including construction, legal, oil and gas, and training providers both in the UK and internationally. As PA to Caxton Group Directors John Webber and Chris Bellamy, Kerry plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations and executive support.
