2024 has been another year of impressive growth for the Group with a 24% increase in staff numbers and a 22% growth in turnover. With a clear vision, strong leadership, and a talented team, we are confident that 2025 and beyond will see further growth, innovation, and success across the Group”.

Meet Our Team

Scott Millington – Group Operations Director

Scott joined the business in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously serving as Operations Director for Caxton Façades, Scott now steps into the role of Group Operations Director, where his expertise will continue to enhance operational excellence across the Group.

Dan Tutcher – Group Commercial Director

Dan has been a key part of the business since 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Moving from his role as Commercial Manager to Group Commercial Director, Dan will now lead the commercial strategy across the Group ensuring efficiency and financial growth.

Andy McKechnie – Managing Director, Stofix UK

Andy joined Stofix UK in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously serving as Stofix UK Technical Director, Andy now takes on the role of Managing Director while continuing in his position as Technical Director for Stofix Group. His leadership and expertise will be invaluable as we advance into the next phase of growth for our industry leading brick slip façade.

Tom Mortlock – Managing Director, Caxton Façades

Tom joined Caxton Group in 2013 as a Joiner. Over the past decade, Tom has worked hard to progress through the ranks, most recently serving as Director of Caxton Façades. Now stepping into the role of Managing Director of Caxton Façades, Tom’s proven leadership and hands-on experience will further drive success in this division.

Ian Knight – Managing Director, Caxton Builders

Ian joined the business in 2022 with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Ian moves from his current position as Commercial Director to Managing Director. His extensive industry knowledge, leadership, and strong reputation will be instrumental in securing significant new contract awards and ensuring the continued delivery of excellence for Caxton Builders.

Meet Our Team

Scott joined the business in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously serving as Operations Director for Caxton Façades, Scott now steps into the role of Group Operations Director, where his expertise will continue to enhance operational excellence across the Group.

Dan Tutcher – Group Commercial Director

Dan has been a key part of the business since 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Moving from his role as Commercial Manager to Group Commercial Director, Dan will now lead the commercial strategy across the Group ensuring efficiency and financial growth.

Andy joined Stofix UK in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
