I have worked with John since 2004 and have been part of Caxton since its inception.
What role(s) do you have / have had within the business?
I am operations director for the property development business.
How many people / departments do you now manage?
Having worked with the business for such a long time, generally I have an input in all departments throughout the Caxton Group.
Where are you based?
Caxton Head Office in Stoke.
How would you describe the culture within the business?
At Caxton, we have created a great working environment. Generally, people are left alone to do their job efficiently and effectively. Also, Caxton always recognise and reward hard work.
What would you say at the main advantages of working for Caxton?
Hard work is rewarded via good rates of pay and benefits. We are committed to the company, and I feel that goes both ways – we are personally looked after if we ever have any problems and the support is there if you need it.
