Caxton Builders appointed to deliver student accommodation for GRAHAM Building

Caxton Builders is pleased to announce the award of a supply and fix masonry subcontract package for the new Loughborough University Student Accommodation (LUSA) development.

Delivered for valued client, GRAHAM Building, the 27-week project will commence in August 2026 and will see our team undertake the external façade brickwork and internal blockwork partitions across 552 new student bedspaces.

The development comprises five accommodation blocks of up to six storeys, set within thoughtfully landscaped surroundings featuring a shared plaza and landscaped square. The scheme also includes dedicated amenity space, sub-warden accommodation, a new plant block, utilities and associated external works, creating a high-quality living environment for future students.

Caxton Builders’ role in the project

Our scope of works includes the complete supply and installation of the masonry package, delivering both the external brick façades and internal blockwork. With work commencing in August, our experienced site teams will work closely with GRAHAM to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
