Caxton Façades celebrates five shortlist nominations at the Façade Awards UK 2026

Caxton Façades is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in five categories at the prestigious Façade Awards UK 2026, recognising the quality of our façade installation expertise across a range of landmark projects.

This year’s awards place greater emphasis on installation excellence alongside the façade system, making these nominations a fantastic achievement for our site teams, design and project managers and delivery partners.

Our shortlisted projects include:

Alperton Bus Garage Redevelopment – Delivered by Caxton Façades and Stofix UK

– Best Use of a Brick Slip Cladding System

– Best New Build – Large Residential Project

Developed by Telford Homes, the development comprises three residential towers rising to 28 storeys. The project was designed by tp bennett to create a strong brickwork aesthetic that responds to the industrial heritage of the site while delivering a contemporary high-rise façade solution.

Caxton Façades designed and installed the façade across Towers A and B. The STOFIX system was selected for its ability to replicate the appearance of traditional masonry while delivering the advantages of modern off-site construction, including reduced structural loading, faster installation and enhanced quality control. The lightweight prefabricated system also supported programme efficiencies and improved installation logistics on the constrained urban site.

The Holloway – Delivered by Caxton Façades and Stofix UK

– Best Use of a Brick Slip Cladding System

– Best New Build – Large Residential Project

The project includes the development of four blocks, with the tallest reaching 14 storeys. Together, they bring 231 high-quality apartments to the area, addressing Birmingham’s growing demand for rental properties. Caxton Façades worked in partnership with main contractor Winvic Construction, architects Corstorphine & Wright, installing STOFIX pre-pointed brick slip cladding system. Read more about The Holloway.

Threadworks – Delivered by Caxton Façades with BTS Façades and Fabrication

– Best Use of a Rainscreen System Using Aluminium

Threadworks is a striking 24-storey Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development in Leeds city centre that redefines urban student living.
