Caxton Façades, in collaboration with Stofix UK and Winvic Construction, is proud to announce that The Bath House has been shortlisted for the prestigious Project of the Year at the Constructing Excellence West Midlands Awards.
Located in Birmingham city centre, The Bath House is a landmark Build-to-Rent residential development delivered on the historic site of the city’s first public baths. Delivered by Winvic, the project blends heritage with modern construction, transforming a significant urban site into a vibrant new residential community.

Caxton Façades and Stofix UK provided a complete façade solution, from design and consultancy through to manufacture, installation, and aftercare. This end-to-end approach ensured:

By combining modern methods of construction with offsite-manufactured brick slip systems, the project achieved significant efficiencies in programme, safety, and sustainability — helping to reduce on-site labour and accelerate overall delivery.
