Caxton Group Achieves Carbon Literacy Certification

We’re proud to announce that members of our team have now completed Carbon Literacy training, achieving certification that meets the Carbon Literacy Standard for workplace, education, and community.

This achievement reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and our determination to play a proactive role in reducing carbon emissions within the built environment. The Carbon Literacy certification equips our team with the knowledge and confidence to make informed, sustainable decisions in every aspect of their work – from project planning and procurement to on-site delivery and community engagement.

By embedding this understanding across our business, we’re taking tangible steps toward meeting our sustainability targets and contributing to a greener, more resilient future for the construction industry.

About The Carbon Literacy Project

Carbon Literacy® is “An awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions, on an individual, community and organisational basis.” Today, over 142,059 individuals from over 12,931 organisations are Carbon Literate.

We’re incredibly proud of our team’s dedication to this important initiative and look forward to applying their learning as we continue to drive positive change across all areas of our business.
