Our people are the key to client safisfaction and loyalty
Operations Director, Scott Millington talks about how people are the key to ensuring client satisfaction and ultimately, repeat business.
“I joined the company in October 2022 after working for a main contractor for 25 years. Caxton Group has been established for over 20 years and I worked on many projects with the Group in my previous role. Caxton Façades was established in 2014 and has quickly established itself as a major installer around the country. I share the same ethos as the Caxton team, so knew this would be a good fit for me. I like to think that all our staff can approach me for help and support and we have a complete open-door policy.
Family Culture
Caxton Façades is growing, and we are ensuring we are employing the right people for the right positions with a mixture of both experienced staff and others just starting on their career paths. The company has a traditional ‘family’ feel and everyone wants to work hard to produce their best for our clients.
Client Satisfaction
We have key personnel in key roles within the company with experience in delivering quality projects for our clients. Client satisfaction is key to our business, and we work hard to ensure our clients get the best possible service from us. Everyone wants the best for the business and take pride in their work, which shows in the projects we are involved in and the repeat business we undertake for satisfied clients.
Apprenticeship Scheme
We continue to engage with several local colleges to offer apprenticeship schemes helping young people gain construction skills. We place great emphasis on our training programmes to ensure that all our people have the skills they need to further their career with us.
New Premises
Caxton Façades moved into new premises early this year which gives us a fantastic base. Our design, commercial and production teams work closely together. The key to success is communication, experience, enthusiasm, and a skill set, which we believe we have in abundance”.
