Deakins Place is a student accommodation developed on the site of the old Willbond Site just north of Nottingham University’s Jubilee Campus. The Scheme consists of 703 student beds in a mix of cluster and studio layouts and contains an amenity space, laundry room and cinema room.

Caxton Builders worked with main contractor, Bowmer + Kirkland. Roy Geddes Bricks supplied Caxton Builders with all the bricks for the project which were carefully selected by architects, Maber for property developer Cassidy Group.
