End of Year Message – From Managing Director Chris Bellamy

“2022 was filled with a multitude of challenges and victories. Despite the industry-wide, ongoing impact of COVID-19, we are extremely proud of what our dedicated team has achieved.

The business continued our solid growth trajectory, with a 34% increase in turnover across Caxton Builders, Caxton Façades and Caxton Joinery. We predict further expansion across all three businesses in 2023.

This year we significantly increased our team appointing new recruits at all levels. Our senior team expanded further as we welcomed Scott Millington, Caxton Façades Operations Director, and Ian Knight, Caxton Builders Commercial Director to the business. Our Apprenticeship Scheme continued to flourish with an additional six apprentices joining us throughout the year taking us to 14 in total, with a further intake planned for 2023.

2022 saw the launch of our new brand identity which we feel reflects where we are as a business – our strengths, our values, and our commitment to delivering excellence.

I would like to give my sincere thanks to every single person in the Caxton team. Without the hard work and commitment of each individual, we would not be able to provide the level of service of which we are extremely proud.
