When did you join the business? December 2022.
Tell us about your role within the business?
To co-ordinate and manage the commercial operations of the masonry business. Responsible for leading the team to deliver expectations both internal and externally to our clients and reporting directly to the board.
How many people / departments do you manage?
I currently manage the commercial team for Caxton Builders consisting of the estimating department and surveying department.
Where are you based?
Pride Park, Derby.
How would you describe the culture within the business?
Caxton operate an open door, inclusive culture. If anybody has an issue or requires help, the whole company is there for them to talk to, even if the issue is not related to work.
What would you say at the main advantages to working for Caxton Group?
The real family feel to the company, everybody has a common goal to work together and help each other to succeed.

How would you describe the training and development at Caxton Group?
We want everybody to be the best version of themselves at Caxton Group and provide the tools and support to enable them to reach their full potential.
