New Contract Award: Alperton Bus Garage Redevelopment, London

We’re proud to announce that Caxton Façades will be working with main contractor Telford Homes on a landmark project: the redevelopment of the former Alperton Bus Garage in Wembley.

This high-profile scheme forms a key part of the Alperton regeneration masterplan, transforming an underutilised site into a vibrant, mixed-use community. Set for completion in 2025, this development will bring substantial benefits to the area, including:

• 461 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable housing
• New retail and community spaces
• 2,400 sqm of state-of-the-art ‘maker spaces’, featuring a dedicated makers yard for events, markets, and more
• High-quality landscaping and an ecological corridor to enhance biodiversity

Stofix Brick Slip Façade

As part of this ambitious project, Caxton Façades install Stofix brick slip façades across two 28-storey towers. The site includes three multi-storey residential blocks and a link building:

• One block will utilise a unitised installation, with Stofix products installed off-site for maximum efficiency.
• The other two blocks and the link building will feature Stofix façades and aluminium cladding panels, fully installed by our skilled team.
