Kicking off in July 2024, this project is set to be completed in just 15 weeks. The Ryecroft facility, which is a crucial part of a wider regeneration initiative, is expected to complete in November 2024. This project was secured through the Pagabo Major Works Framework.

Regeneration initiative

This new car park is a key element of the broader regeneration scheme in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The existing Midway parking facility will be demolished once the new car park’s completed – making way for further developments.

Project specifications

The upcoming five-storey car park will cover 12,000 square metres and will be constructed using a steel frame with a composite metal deck and concrete structure. This modern facility is designed to meet the current and future needs of the community.

We are excited to be part of this transformative project, enhancing the town’s infrastructure and supporting its ongoing regeneration. Look out for updates as we progress with this project.
