New Contract Award – Caxton Builders appointed to deliver façade package at Brooksby Academy

A new state-of-the-art facility for Brooksby Academy
Caxton Builders has been appointed by Tilbury Douglas to deliver a supply and fix façade package at Brooksby Academy in Melton Mowbray, with a project value of approximately £280k. Work will commence at the end of October and span circa. 12 weeks.
Supporting specialist education
This Department for Education funded project will deliver a brand new Agri-tech centre, bringing cutting-edge facilities to students and apprentices studying at the academy’s specialist land-based campus. The centre will feature:
- GIS software for field and yield mapping
- Virtual learning environments
- Purpose-built laboratories
- Drones and robotics technology
These facilities will strengthen learning opportunities and equip the next generation of agricultural specialists with industry-standard tools.
Caxton’s role in the project
Caxton Builders will deliver a comprehensive supply and fix package, providing both materials and installation expertise to ensure the façade system is installed efficiently and to the highest standard.
