Tom Prince Promoted to Contracts Director at Caxton Façades

We are delighted to announce that Tom Prince has been promoted to Contracts Director at Caxton Façades, his second promotion in just three years since joining the team. 

Having joined the business in May 2022 as a Project Manager, Tom quickly made his mark. His ability to tackle complex projects and navigate challenges sets him apart and helps drive positive outcomes. Within two years, Tom earned his first promotion to Contract Manager, where he played a key role in some of our most significant projects. His natural leadership, technical knowledge and commitment to excellence have led him to his latest promotion to Contracts Director.

RECOGNISING TOM’S CONTRIBUTION

Over the last two years, the Façades team has built a strong foundation, and I plan to build on that, strengthening our position in the sector. I’m looking forward to growing both new and existing relationships, refining processes to improve efficiency and supporting our operational teams in developing their skills and performance. My focus will be on ensuring we continue to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations at every stage, from tendering and design through to project completion and aftercare.”
