PROJECT NEWS – Caxton Façades awarded West Bar regeneration project
Caxton Façades is pleased to announce we have been appointed by main contractor Bowmer + Kirkland to work on a regeneration project in the heart of Sheffield.
West Bar is a residential development comprising of 368 Build to Rent apartments delivered in two separate buildings of 15 and 19 storeys. This forms part of the £300M regeneration masterplan for West Bar Business District. When completed, the 1M sq. ft mixed-use development will include residential, commercial, leisure, integrated parking, and extensive public open space.
Scott Millington, Caxton Façades Operations Director commented, “We are delighted to be working with one of our main clients, B+K, following many successful projects over a number of years. Our teams are working on the development of two of the main blocks installing the façade works which consist of three products – Stofix (9800 sq. m) , Aluminium (3,000 sq. m) and Keratwin (500 sq. m)”.
Caxton Façades works will commence at West Bar in August 2023.
